Job description:
HR specialists carry out the recruitment according to the approved plan every month and when the company has a need for personnel.
Conduct search, propose effective recruitment channels to recruit quality candidates.
Participate in setting up detailed job descriptions for vacancies.
Screening applications, contacting candidates and arranging interview schedules and directly participating in interviews.
Notify interview results to successful candidates and send thank you letters to unsuccessful candidates.
Perform work to maintain and improve the recruitment process, build & manage recruitment questionnaires for each different position.
Request
University graduate (preferably graduate in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, Insurance, ...)
03 years of experience in the field of human resources, experienced in recruiting, proficient in using office computer.
Good-looking appearance, good communication, no stuttering
Good receptive ability, able to work under pressure.
Skilled in job arrangement, very focused, serious attitude to the set deadline.
Ability, vision to evaluate people and select the most potential ones.
Having the mind to arrange, organize and run the work in a scientific and effective way.
Able to work under pressure when implementing multiple projects at the same time.
Preference will be given to candidates with 3 years of experience in recruitment.
