WORK CONTENT:
- Managing the company's recruitment according to Recruitment Procedures.
- Receive the registration form, submit the signature.
- Prepare recruitment notices, contact job centers.
- Prepare test invitations according to TP requirements, contact candidates to report test date and time.
- Make a list of interviews, make a list of interview results, notify unsatisfactory candidates, notify qualified candidates and receive a job schedule, make a job acceptance letter. Manage the capacity training of new employees of the company.
- Make decisions on mobilization, appointment, dismissal, etc... at the request of the Head of Department and carry out related procedures.
- Support advertising - revenue projects with the same company at the request of superiors (no experience will be experienced in the online survey in the interview process of the company's Human Resources Department).
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
