Job Description

• Receive and discuss with leaders or related departments to agree on recruitment criteria
• Drafting job descriptions for vacancies, posting on recruitment websites, social networks.
• Receive candidate CVs , screen, evaluate, select suitable candidates to invite for interview.
• Prepare for the interview and, if necessary, attend the interview.
• Announce interview results to successful candidates, send thank you letters to unsuccessful candidates.
• Perform some necessary work to maintain and improve the recruitment process
• Build and manage recruitment questionnaires for each different job position.
• Maintain and develop database of potential candidates
• Prepare reports on recruitment plans and strategies
