Recruit
Carry out recruitment activities according to the monthly target.
Proposing effective and cost-effective recruitment channels.
Screening resumes, contacting candidates, arranging interview schedules and face-to-face interviews.
Notify interview results to candidates and send thank you letters to unsuccessful candidates.
Maintain and improve the recruitment process.
Human Resource Management
Reception of new personnel (Preparing project files, documents, personnel mechanism, facilities...).
Receive and check new personnel records.
Carry out contract signing procedures and arrange personnel files according to regulations.
Periodically report the number of personnel, the quality of personnel as required.
Receive information from the Board of Directors of the company, the Corporate Culture Department, the Budget Department to communicate to all business employees.
