- Recruitment:
• Synthesize recruitment needs from Business Households/communities/departments assigned.
• Verify recruitment needs (quantity, quality, job position...) before recruiting.
• Making recruitment announcements, sending through external channels (media, internet) and internal
• Receive and screen applications.
• Make a list of interviews, contact (invitation letter / phone) to invite candidates to interview, participate in interviews, make a list of interview results, notify qualified candidates, send job offers and close the appointment schedule with the candidate.
• Update recruitment status over time.
• Update the probationary status of personnel for additional recruitment plans.
• Make periodic recruitment reports.
• Do other jobs as assigned by direct manager, department head.
- Receiving new employees:
• Carry out the input contract signing procedures.
• Implement procedures to welcome/introduce new personnel.
• Notify training staff to prepare orientation training.
• Update new information into the system.
• Handing over the input receipt procedures to the C&B department.
