Job description
- Carrying out recruitment activities as planned or arising.
- Update the list of human resource sources, exploit and use recruitment sources effectively.
- Gather job descriptions and recruitment criteria for each position.
- Screening and pre-qualification of applications.
- Recruitment organization: Recruitment notice; Published Recruitment; organize interviews, update the list of successful candidates, track job applications, monitor the list of apprentices/trials.
- Updating the candidate list for each position, ensuring the availability of human resources and timely recruitment
- Analyze weekly/monthly recruitment results to have appropriate plans and strategies to effectively meet HR needs.
- Collecting and reporting weekly/monthly recruitment results.
- The main positions in charge of recruitment: according to the assignment of the superior and the general plan of the whole department.
- Searching for suitable candidates for each department.
- Building recruitment channels.
- Receive and guide new candidates to integrate.
- Store candidate information.
Candidate Requirements
- University graduate or higher majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines.
- 2 years experience in recruitment.
- Experience in searching for candidates on social networking platforms.
- Good communication, problem-solving and problem-solving skills.
- Dynamic, sociable, friendly, like to communicate and connect.
