- Job details:

• Responsible for the recruitment team's work.
• Build, develop, and maintain a pool of candidates (long-term and temporary employees) through all communication channels: posting job openings on recruitment websites, fan pages, LinkedIn, contacting universities, colleges, vocational schools, job placement centers, and internal company referrals.
• Communicate with department heads about recruitment needs and develop a recruitment plan to create a pool of candidates that matches the recruitment requirements.
• Arrange interviews, interview candidates, analyze responses and skills, verify references and sources to find the right candidate for the job opening.
• Organize and prepare for a mass event (if any).
• Complete the salary negotiation procedures, obtain approvals, and notify candidates of the recruitment results.
• Compile and support the development of staffing plans, organizational charts, and job descriptions for various positions.
• Build a candidate network and maintain relationships with candidates. Research and develop the recruitment mission by completing relevant results as needed.

- Job requirements:

• Experience of one year or more in a similar position or in the recruitment/human resources role.
• Good English
• Proficient in office software (Word, Excel)
• Teamwork skills and effective time and work management.
• People assessment skills
• Open and confident in communication.
• Careful and highly responsible in their work.
