The salary and bonus policy is as follows:
● Income = Base Salary + Sales Commission + Bonus
- Fixed salary: 8,000,000 VND
- Income from 10,000,000 to 25,000,000 VND
● Allowances: Parking allowance WORKING CONDITIONS
Number of working days per week: 5.5 days, with 1.5 days off per week (Saturday afternoon and Sunday).
The working hours for the day are as follows:
▪ Morning: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM ▪ Afternoon: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Other support programs are subject to company policy.
