- Controlling the progress of making quality and volume documents of the bidding packages.
- Check and control the quality of documents, the volume of bidding packages and work items. Summarize reports on the implementation of quality and volume dossiers.
- Presiding over and agreeing with relevant departments on quality, volume, payment and settlement documents.
- Lead and work with the supervision consultant, the Project Management Board on documents, quality and volume.
- Responsible for the implementation of the payment records for the stages and settlement.
- Responsible for gathering, making minutes of work acceptance and acceptance of phases, minutes of handing over and putting into use work items.
- Check and advise the BCH on contract terms, construction works in the contract estimate with the Investor.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Site Management Board.
