• Introduce in detail and accurately the Company's TESOL courses and training products to customers.
• Answer all customer inquiries quickly, friendly and professionally.
• Assess customer needs and provide the most appropriate course solution.

Customer care

• Manage and update customer information on the Company's system
• Support customers throughout the learning process, ensuring an effective and satisfying learning experience.
• Receive and promptly handle customer complaints, requests or problems.

Customer Development

• Conduct search activities and approach potential customers through multiple channels (offline and online)
• Build, maintain and develop positive relationships with current and potential customers
• Take advantage of opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.

Update information and knowledge

• Master the Company's policies, programs and products to provide effective advice.
