- Perform sales consulting, customer care, search and expand potential customer sources to serve the Company's development goals

- Search for potential customers, expand networking customer sources.

- Consulting customers and introducing products.

- Convince customers to buy products.

- Participate in implementing the contract issuance process.

- Sign contracts for customers.

- Monitor full payment for the 1st installment.

- Update customer feedback information promptly.

- Implement customer care programs.

- Store customer data accurately and promptly according to process.

- Comply with the professional conduct principles for real estate consultants.

- Correctly implement KPIs and report daily activities.

- Suggest improvements to products, policy processes, and sales programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Intermediate or higher graduation.

- Have 02 years of experience in Real Estate, Financial Consulting, Securities, and Commerce.

- Knowledge of Commerce, Marketing Management, Branding.

- Understand the real estate market in Vietnam.
