• Prepare work plans and sales reports to TPBH daily.
• Maintain and develop multiple customer search channels.
• Customer care during the sales process and after the sale.
• Collect and report customer complaints.
• Representing the company in dealing with customers and drafting contracts.
• Set up contract signing procedures.
• Monitor the contract implementation process and customer debt.
• Carry out procedures for issuing invoices, delivering vehicles, and checking vehicles before delivering them to customers. The responsibility is only completed when the customer has paid in full and delivered the vehicle to the customer.
• Consulting on selling accessories, insurance as well as other services of the company.
• Enter customer data into the system.
• Provide and report information on customers who have purchased existing vehicles.
• Participate in training on products and sales policies.
• Support other sales consultants when necessary or requested by the department manager.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Head of Department and Director of Business.

• Male/Female from 23 to 34 years old
• Have a car driver's license (an advantage)
• Intermediate or higher graduation
• Responsible for sales efficiency, ensuring sales targets at the Showroom
• Develop the market, find potential customers to buy cars
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and have a high sense of responsibility at work
• Have the spirit to learn, progress, and withstand high pressure
• Perform work according to function and working position
• Consulting on products according to customer needs according to the Basic Sales Process
