- Working with corporate clients, understanding their current and future recruitment needs to develop relationships. - Identify customer needs, advise customers to choose the most suitable product. - Making quotation, negotiating and persuading customers. Negotiate and monitor the contract completion process with customers. - Coordinate with recruitment department to organize interview meetings between Clients and Candidates. - Provide advice to both Client and Candidate regarding salary, training and career development.
