JOB DUTIES Study abroad consulting (60%)- Contact and advise students and parents on choosing a country (USA, UK, Japan), short-term study abroad program (summer program, experience program) and long-term (high school, university);
- Support students in preparing school registration documents;
- Guide students through the steps to apply for US, UK, and Japanese visas;
- Interview practice for students;
- Ensure document targets are delivered quarterly.
Document processing (40%)- Translate some personal documents and academic degrees according to available forms;
- Guide parents through the steps to prepare to explain financial records;
- Fill out the visa form and submit the application on the system;
- Book air tickets and buy insurance for students+ University graduate or higher;
- Have good communication skills and love working in an educational environment;
REQUEST + Required: Good communication skills, customer persuasion skills.
Having experience as a study abroad consultant is an advantage + Can use English well (writing and speaking)
