- Compare requested goods against master list to confirm purchasing needs; validate unclear items; recommend alternatives.
- Control inventory to forward stock; schedule deliveries.
- Find suppliers.
- Place orders based on confirmation of specifications and prices; collect recommendations from suppliers for replacement of goods;
- Transfer orders to suppliers.
- Compare the list of received goods with the order to accept the goods; handle defective shipments with the supplier.
- Transfer acceptance documents for purchase payment.
- Classify and complete records to easily find information.
- Collect, analyze and synthesize data to plan purchasing and control information. Periodically report to direct management.
- Participate in training courses to update knowledge.
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
