1. Job description
The company is headquartered in Singapore, with an independent sales team in China and a Vietnam office in Ho Chi Minh City. Work in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
+ Research the factory's advantageous products, conduct factory inspections and issue specific factory inspection reports.
+ Read, understand and master 2D-3D technical drawings, become familiar with measuring tools used in product inspection (such as calipers, micrometers, projectors, three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines...).
+ Other issues assigned by leadership.

2. Job requirements
+ Intermediate technical level, college or higher, major in automation machinery.
+ Have at least 3 years of experience working directly at a factory or factory machinery area.
+ Search and evaluate potential suppliers.
+ Request quotes, compare and evaluate quotes from suppliers
+ Estimate and establish procurement costs and budget parameters
+ Track orders and ensure on-time delivery, check and review products and materials to ensure quality
+ Negotiate agreement terms and prices with factories
+ Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management system.
+ Proficient in using office software.
+ Knowing other foreign languages is an advantage. English, Chinese
