Prepare final drawings for use on specialized software, create detailed timelines for design projects and calculate project costs.
Order materials and supervise installation process according to design drawing schedule.
Conduct on-site observations, make informed decisions for design projects and participate in client presentations.
Plan work progress and construction preparation.
Control design quality and construction quality.
Train and develop the team of specialists below.
Candidate requirements
2 years experience required
Creative thinking, high aesthetic.
Proficient in design software (eg: CAD, 3dsMax,...)
Have team management skills and can withstand high pressure
Have presentation skills and ability to persuade customers.
Interest
Income 10-14 million, depending on capacity, ability to take on responsibility, commission for each project.
