- Perform D&B project quotation estimates

II. Design management:
- Manage design of subcontractors, establish design schedule according to framework plan

III. Design quality management
- Design quality management ensures compliance with current regulations, standards and laws.
- Design management ensures compliance with the work items required by the investor.

IV. Project technical support work:
- Perform calculations of construction measures
- Perform calculations of technical systems and electromechanical equipment

V. Bidding support and volume control:
- Separate detailed construction drawing volume, search for subcontractors to quote construction price, update labor price, materials, catalog

Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head and Board of Directors.
