Job Description

WORK CONTENT:
• Receive appraisal documents, check and confirm the information customers have provided or request additional information if missing
• Market survey, check and control information collection
• Analyze and evaluate assets, appraise investment projects, real estate projects, movable assets, and enterprise value
• Directly participate in re-evaluating prices of contracts in many different fields such as real estate, movable property, business values...,
• Prepare reports and valuation certificates
• Monitor and supervise responsible for the results of the valuation report to be done
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
