- Search for potential customers based on available database sources. (B2B Customers)
- Telesale, meeting and consulting with customers on appropriate solutions and services.
- Place orders, draft support contracts to activate posting services for customers.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and build relationships with new customers.
- Monitor and provide after-sales support to ensure effective customer service use.
- Report business activities weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually or as required by management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
