Job Description
I. JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Coordinating with the Site Management Committee in formulating, inspecting and submitting for approval the construction methods, measures to ensure labor safety, and the construction progress of the assigned works. 2. Manage the progress and measures of the works through the Project Steering Committee. 3. Preparation and inspection of supply activities: Total demand for materials; Supply requirements; Equipment plan. 4. Manage, test and accept directly the projects assigned to be in charge of according to the approved schedule and measures. 5. Design work: Support the head of the department to review the design documents and BPTC of the bidding package he is in charge of. 6. Controlling the completed works with the correct volume, technique and quality according to the approved design documents and construction methods 7. Implement the regime of periodically or irregularly reporting the results of construction work at the request of the Board of Directors. 8. Coordinating departments and divisions to prepare bid documents and negotiate bidding packages. 9. Make ad-hoc reports at the request of the Leaders and departments, units and authorities (when directed).
