JOB DESCRIPTION
Complete legal documents from the preparation of construction permits.
Checking, controlling the quality and progress of the design documents from the Design Consultant.
Organize meetings between stakeholders during project implementation.
Make project implementation progress, track and monitor implementation progress.
Monitor and coordinate between parties in the design, appraisal and approval of fire protection, infrastructure connection agreement.
Coordinate with the Project Management Board to inspect the contractor's construction work, ensuring on schedule, quality, volume, labor safety and environmental sanitation.
Organize acceptance test, make payment records, settlement.
Prepare bidding documents, organize bidding, bid review and approval, negotiate contracts for static and mass test pile construction packages, design consultancy bidding packages, elevator contractors, ...
Organize and maintain records according to regulations.
Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from University with major in Construction.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Experienced in design and construction for investors of high-rise projects.
Understanding of decrees, circulars, project management regulations, quality of works.
Ability to prepare documents for submission to authorities.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCad, Project, Etab, SAP and other related technical software.
