Job description : · Project profile - Implementation of legal documents, quality records; coordinate with related departments and divisions to gather certificates, CO, CQ, PKL, Bill of lading... all kinds of materials and accessories
- Prepare BPTC drawings, explain BPTC; measures for occupational safety, fire prevention and sanitation
- Coordinating with supervisors, PMU, investors and related units, advising and controlling for the Chief of Staff on quality, progress, occupational safety and quality records, payment records Project math…
- Gather and store construction design drawings approved by the Investor, acceptance minutes, as-built sketch drawings, as-built drawings, construction log... of the work to make a set of documents stage payment/settlement
- Report on the quality of the work to serve the settlement work
· Payment / settlement of works - Prepare the phase payment/settlement documents according to the data provided by the Commander/Supervisor approved by the supervisory consultant, the PMU, the investor
- Prepare and monitor contracts, payment records for construction teams and contractors at the construction site. Quality check of installed products to ensure integrity of payment records
- Summarize the costs, debt recovery of the project. Making overview forms of projects to serve reporting when required by leaders
