Consulting and conducting procedures to establish intellectual property rights and other procedures related to trademarks/inventions.

• Handling work related to filing, maintaining, renewing, changing... tracking trademark/invention and design applications.
• Consulting, drafting, filing, monitoring and processing trademark registration/invention protection applications and promoting the process of examining trademark/invention applications, etc.
• Directly work with competent state agencies in Vietnam and with foreign industrial property representatives to resolve customer issues.
• Translate notices, declarations, official dispatches of the National Office of Intellectual Property, invention descriptions, customer documents and other documents...
