Job Description
To assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with other departments/departments in, advising and advising the Board of Directors of the Company in formulating, amending and supplementing the Company's charter, building and promulgating internal rules, regulations, and regulations. regulations of the Group;
Consulting and advising the Board of Directors in the application of the law in the process of exploitation, production and business activities of the Company and the Group;

Appraise, review and give legal opinions on documents and records before submitting them to the Board of Directors for approval;
Legal advice for departments in the Company and the Group during the operation of the Company and the Group;
Representing the Company and its member companies to participate in proceedings in courts at all levels and arbitration bodies; representing the Company and the Group to work with the Police and relevant authorities in disputes and complaints of customers and partners;
Coordinate and participate in solving cases, requests, recommendations, disputes, complaints from partners and customers;
To be responsible for carrying out administrative procedures with state agencies (such as registration procedures for changing business information, procedures related to intellectual property of the Company and its member companies;
Perform legal work as assigned and directed by the Head of Legal Department.
Report directly to the Head of Legal Department.
Other tasks as required by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.
