Job Description
Receive recruitment needs from departments within the Company, confirm eligibility and plan recruitment, carry out recruitment work according to monthly, quarterly, yearly plans and when they arise.
Review job descriptions, adjust job descriptions to suit needs at the time of job posting. Draft job descriptions for new positions.
Evaluate, select and recommend appropriate recruitment channels according to the positions that need to be filled at each time. Make detailed statistics and reports on weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly recruitment activities.
Build recruitment communication channels, create Employer Brand. Connect with potential candidates through career groups on social media and at events.
Update database of potential candidates for future job positions.
Directly participate in the recruitment process: Search candidates; Screening candidates, receiving and evaluating applications, selecting applications; Organize interviews; Participate in interviews and recommend candidate selection, complete personnel reception procedures, and maintain personnel records.
Manage, monitor and update employee information on human resource software. Collaborate with Human Resources staff to monitor and urge employees to add documents on time.
Closely monitor employees during the probationary/apprenticeship period. Summary of personnel assessment results
Participate in contributing ideas to build and improve processes and regulations in the field of responsibility
Carry out general logistics tasks in the NSDT department. Support other Departments/Departments to carry out work (when requested by the Head of Investment Department)
