Job Description

    1. Recruitment:
    - Carry out recruitment according to the requirements of the departments and the company's Board of Directors.
    - Search, select and propose effective and appropriate news posting sources.
    - Screening suitable resumes, scheduling interviews, interviewing, sending job offers, accepting new employees.
    2. Training:
    ˗ Arrange and organize integration training for new employees.
    3. Salary, benefits and social insurance
    - Manage and store employee records and information in a scientific way.
    - Management and monitoring of member contracts, labor contracts: monitor the time of signing or re-signing to ensure compliance with regulations.
    - Manage and process employee leave records according to procedures and regulations.
    - Perform timekeeping for all employees to serve as a basis for salary calculation
    - Annually update the salary scale and salary table according to regulations.
    - Prepare and submit reports: Report on labor declaration, Report on employment of foreign workers, Report on occupational accident... on time and according to regulations.
    - Monitor the increase and decrease of employees to register for social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees and settle benefits for employees such as closing books, maternity leave, medical examination and treatment, etc.
    - Develop notices on holidays/New Year holidays, notices related to policies related to employees.
    - Track and make a list of personal MST registration for accountants.
    - Monitor the revenue and expenditure of the grassroots Trade Union, make records related to the Trade Union.
    - Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors
    4. Other work
    - Monitor and distribute uniforms to employees
