Job Description
Check and monitor the application of timekeeping and the implementation of labor regulations on working hours of employees.
Perform monthly salary and bonus calculation.
Manage and check the regimes according to the Company's rules and regulations.
Manage, organize and store all employee personnel records.
Monitor and update data on increases and decreases in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and compare with social insurance agencies monthly.
Make decisions, reports, and monitor the process of increasing/decreasing staff during the month (decisions on staff, salary and income changes)
Declare various personal income tax schedules, report on personal income tax settlement.
Admissions consulting, preparation and completion of course related procedures.
Perform other duties as required by the Board of Directors.
