- Make a purchase plan based on the production plan and the project's progress.
- Actively find suppliers, get quotes, compare options to choose the right supplier
- Submit purchase plan to management for approval
- Work with suppliers to place approved orders in accordance with the goods specifications required by the department
- Drafting contracts, monitoring contract performance, production and delivery progress of ordered shipments, updating the situation for relevant departments
- Coordinate with related departments in the process of contract performance and receipt of goods, coordinate in solving/reporting incident situations arising during implementation
- Report to the Head of Department related work.
- Making minutes of acceptance, signing, payment and completing documents of the contract
- Enter data into the software and be responsible for reporting input data
- Monitoring and evaluating the responsiveness of suppliers in the group of items in charge.
- Search and develop supplier system to serve purchase efficiently
- Update market information, prices.
- Perform other tasks as required.
