JOB DESCRIPTION
- Search, build data, expand NCC network. Actively get quotation, estimate budget, compare, negotiate: price, payment terms, delivery time, after-sales service, contract terms, ... make proposals, Select the appropriate NCC.
- Contact NCC to make orders according to the Orders to ensure the exact items, quality, types, and quantities.
- Coordinate with other departments in processing purchase documents.
- Monitor and evaluate NCC's capacity
- Planning and prioritizing purchasing activities, or with unexpected/urgent requests under the direction of superiors.
- Track order status, be ready for shortage or backlog problems, contact the relevant departments directly.
- Track orders and confirm production time, delivery time and costs.
- Evaluate, update and maintain orders until closing.
- Ensure orders comply with contractual agreements; Report results to management.
Identify opportunities and do the work to be effective.
- Contributing to consolidation and cost reduction from local suppliers
- Other CVs as assigned from time to time.
REQUEST

- Degree: University degree in Economics, Commerce, Foreign Languages or equivalent majors
- Experience: At least 03 years of working in the field of Purchasing and have experience in the field of agricultural products and fruits.
- Foreign language: English
- Extensive knowledge of commodities and market prices. Work proactively and independently.
- Skills: Behavioral skills, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills; Presentation and analytical skills, dynamism, creativity, honesty.
