Job Description

JOB DETAILS
• Cultivate and master the Company's technologies, products and solutions.
• Technical support, answer questions, installation support for Partners and Customers.
• Train New Partners until they master the technology
• Prepare technical documents, present solutions as required.
• Support Partners in installation activities using the system at site or remotely
• Self-study and learn new technologies of the Company and Manufacturer.
• Coordinate and work with related departments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 02 years in the same position
• Experience: smart home, camera, network infrastructure, electrical infrastructure ELV, M&M is an advantage
• Specialization: Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, Automation, IT, Industrial Management
• Education: College graduate, University or above
• Foreign languages: Good technical English is an advantage
• Informatics: Office, Autocad 2D, Dilux, DALI PRO
