Job Description

• Control and manage the design volume.
• Research and application of new technologies in building materials, construction management and construction.
• Manage the implementation of MEP packages during the project investment process
• Manage and supervise the safety of construction electricity use of the project.
• Supervising and managing the construction of electromechanical items of the project.
• Management of measures, progress, quality, occupational safety, sanitation, and fire prevention;
• Manage the acceptance, payment of volumes and settlement of contracts
• Participating in the verification, appraisal of volumes, payment documents / settlement of contracts.
• Sign the minutes of work acceptance; pre-construction pre-construction testing of materials, supplies, machinery and equipment;
• Control, sign the minutes of phase acceptance
• Participating in the verification and appraisal of designs and quantity estimates.
• Coordinate with the department to solve arising problems related to the Project;
• Update and make reports regularly and periodically according to assigned tasks;
• Making and adjusting design documents, proposing adjustment plans (if any) for assigned tasks.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the leader in charge
