Job description

• Search and exploit customers interested in buying exclusive real estate products of BHS Central Region.
• Advise customers on product information, take customers to see projects (No experience will be supported by the team)
• Support customers in the buying and selling process and legal procedures to complete the transaction
• Maintain existing customer relationships, while building a plan to find and expand the network of potential customers
• Participate in sales, advertising, and product introduction to the market.
• Some other arising tasks (if any).

Candidate requirements

• Having sales experience of 1 year or more in the fields of Real Estate, Finance - Banking, Insurance, and Automobiles is an advantage
• College graduate or higher is an advantage
• Having a real estate brokerage practice certificate is a huge advantage.
• Have laptop, smartphone and transportation.
• Good communication skills, agile and able to withstand work pressure.
• Accepts recent graduates who wish to develop and stick with the real estate profession
