Job Description

JOB CONTENT
• Find customers interested in buying real estate, townhouses and apartments
• Product consulting, taking customers to see houses
• Support customers to negotiate prices and close deals
• Participate in training sessions and work instructions from the company
• Expand local broker network No experience will be trained

INTEREST:
• Get commission on each transaction: up to 55%
• Monthly parking fee support (When collaborators work full time at the company)
• Marketing support for the first 2 months - (When collaborators work full time at the company)
• Receive 150,000 VND/house (When collaborators send goods to the company)
• Receive an additional 1% of transaction value when that source of goods is successfully closed.
• Receive 2% referral fee for Affiliates when they successfully close a transaction (during the time that Affiliate is still working)
• Get full office amenities
• Support training, guidance to improve sales skills
