Job details
• Research and develop the market: proactively seek and directly approach customers in project segments to participate in bidding for M&E packages
• Plan work and implement plans to achieve sales targets
• Analyze and evaluate project feasibility, provide effective project development plans.
• Monitor activities related to Quotation and bidding sent to customers and propose appropriate methods to win contracts.
• Collect market information and business reports to direct management level: Competitor information, customer needs, investment trends.

Job requirements
• Have information and relationships in the construction and real estate industry
• Used to sell electrical cabinets, busways,... positions related to MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL sales
• Have 5 years or more experience in Sales positions
• Able to communicate in English (is an advantage)
• Graduated from University or higher with economic/technical majors;
• Negotiation skills, problem solving, logical thinking, creativity, perseverance...
