Job goals: Aiming to expand the market and increase sales, we need a Business Development Officer with experience and passion in implementing rooftop solar systems for business units and businesses. career or from a related field.
The main task:- Search and develop business opportunities. Understand the market and identify potential customers. Proactively seek and directly contact customers, promote project development until closing contracts.
- Represent XSolar in various events and exhibitions. Make sales calls and arrange trips to meet customers.
- Understand solar system requirements and recommend solar products that suit customers' needs and budget. Provide customers with accurate order details and quotes.
- Manage the sales process from contract creation to project implementation. Ensure customer satisfaction after project implementation, support maintenance and repair when necessary.
Job requirements:- University graduate majoring in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development and customer management for the fields
- Priority is given to having business experience in the field of solar power or related industries such as electricity - electronics, telecommunications, refrigeration, and furniture.
- Having knowledge of the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) implementation process is an advantage.
