+ Search for customer information through many different channels to build a potential customer system;
+ Send service information via Email.... for customers to refer to, answer questions, and advise customers on services;
+ Survey and understand competitors in the segment to come up with appropriate strategies;
+ Plan and route to reach customers according to the company's proposed segments;
+ Take care of old customers and develop new customers;
+ Proactively contact customers using the service to promptly support and resolve customer requests and feedback;
Candidate requirements
+ Graduated from colleges and universities across the country;
+ Actively learn and improve knowledge and skills;
+ Dynamic, creative, good communication and persuasion skills, especially consulting and customer care skills;
+ Having experience working at Security service companies is an advantage;
