- Actively seek customers who need price appraisal, exploitation consulting and contract signing.
- Implement official dispatches, fee notices, and price appraisal service contracts sent to customers;
- Collect complete legal documents of the appraised assets, appraisal needs and related information before transferring them to the Asset Appraisal Department;
- Participate in the process of processing valuation documents according to the prescribed process, closely monitor the progress of the documents to complete the appraisal documents;
- Receive customer feedback on the quality of valuation services, problems that arise during the cooperation process and report to direct management for coordinated handling;
- Ensure personal revenue KPI according to set targets;
- Customer care, maintaining and developing relationships with customers.
- Priority is given to majoring in Valuation, Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Banking and Finance or related fields. If you do not have experience, training and guidance will be provided
