1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: Sales Specialist - Customer Care
Working time: Tuesday to Sunday
Morning: 08:00 12:00
Afternoon: 13:30 17:00
2. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Introduce and consult the company's real estate products
- Customer care before and after sales, receiving feedback, supporting complaint resolution
- Update sales policy information and convey it to customers quickly.
- Participate in surveys and evaluate customer service quality
- Prepare reports related to customer service activities upon request
3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Have laptop and smartphone
- Basic computer skills
- Diligent, hard-working, eager to learn
- Priority given to those with >1 year of experience in the real estate field, those without experience will be trained
4. SALARY AND BONUS POLICY
- Fixed salary: 8-12 million/month
- Attractive commission according to customer structure & company policy
- Holiday bonus, Tet bonus, 13th month salary
- Average income over 30 million/month
5. WORK LOCATION: District 6 - HCMC
