Job description
Check the internal processes, ensure the feasibility of the action plan, reasonableness and consistent coordination in the overall work of the department.
Ensure proper and efficient execution of tasks through ad hoc internal audits or existing procedures
Remind and urge departments in performing their work, enhancing operational efficiency and making evaluation reports in accordance with internal control regulations.
Cover and control the company's activities by building tasks performed by week, month, year. Participate in the development of job descriptions and work instructions for positions in the company
Conduct individual or group audits of the company's operating processes and operational controls.
Ensure that all company employees comply with established rules, regulations, regulations, processes, evaluation forms, and policies.
Prepare a monthly/quarterly/yearly service quality control assessment report as required or prescribed to send to the Board of Directors
Request:
University graduate or above in related majors
Certificate in Building Management
Having at least 3 years of experience in service quality control at companies with a size of 300 employees
Master the professions of inspection, investigation, criticism, data synthesis, report writing
Proficient in using Office software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Time: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday and 8 am - 12 pm every Saturday
