- Job details:

1. Document Verification and Processing: Collect and verify the validity of input and output invoices. Ensure that documents are complete and comply with tax and accounting regulations.

2. Accounting and Bookkeeping: Record revenue, expenses, liabilities, fixed assets, depreciation, and other accounting transactions using the software. Periodically reconcile and balance revenue and expenses; ensure accurate and consistent data.

3. Invoice Issuance and Transaction Processing: Prepare and issue VAT invoices according to regulations; control the quantity and accuracy of invoices. Record and process related transactions according to accounting standards.

4. Preparing reports and tax declarations: Prepare VAT, personal income tax, corporate income tax returns, and other periodic tax reports. Prepare annual financial statements and corporate and personal income tax final settlement reports. Explain data to the tax authorities when necessary.

5. Legal Regulations Update: Timely update on new policies, circulars, and decrees regarding taxation and accounting. Advise and propose optimal and appropriate solutions for the business. Perform other tasks as required by superiors or the Board of Directors.

- Job requirements:

• Graduated from university with a major in accounting, auditing, or finance.
• Proficient in Excel and Misa software, strong in accounting principles and tax law.
• Having over 3 years of experience in a tax accounting position, a thorough understanding of current tax regulations, and experience in tax settlement and refund processing is an advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the finance sector, who are quick-witted, flexible, and possess good communication skills.
