Job Objective:
Responsible for recording, monitoring and managing the company's financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with current laws.
Main tasks:
Record and check revenue and expenditure transactions, create receipts, payment vouchers, invoices, and accounting documents.
Track customer and supplier debts, ensure debts are updated and reconciled periodically.
Prepare financial reports, tax reports, internal reports periodically or on request.
Support inventory, asset and inventory evaluation.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely accounting information.
Perform other tasks as required by direct manager.
