- Consulting, guiding, supporting the development/drafting and review of documents before publication;
- Plan and organize periodic internal audits, review and detect non-conformities and propose improvement actions, monitor corrective actions after improvement;
- Prepare documents before the certification assessment period, directly participate in receiving and responding to the ISO standard certification assessment team, monitor and maintain the validity of the annual certificate;
- Communicate and train internal Company procedures and regulations according to the standards applied by the Company;
- Propose to develop documents and improve current processes to meet ISO standard requirements;
- Review and approve documents according to required functions, tasks and criteria before issuance;
- Participate in chairing and coordinating activities related to internal assessment and ISO certification assessment;
- Plan to deploy detailed quality management processes to relevant Departments;
- Support Departments in editing ISO documents when necessary, ensuring work is on schedule and meets quality requirements;
- Check and monitor the implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality activities in the Departments, ensuring the implementation process is in accordance with the Company's applicable standards;
- Make reports to evaluate the implementation of quality management (weekly, monthly, yearly reports) as required by management and Board of Directors;
- Support fire prevention and fighting work at the company (if required);
