- Job details:

• Organize and implement activities related to occupational safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention and control within the factory.
• Manage safety equipment and systems, including maintenance, inspection, calibration, and certification operations.
• Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, regulations, SOPs, and safety measures related to occupational safety, industrial hygiene, fire prevention and control, and environmental protection.
• Coordinate and cooperate with authorities in the event of serious accidents or incidents.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on HSE, environment, and fire safety to the relevant authorities.
• Establish and implement HSE programs, including risk assessment and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with the company's HSE standards and legal regulations.
• Monitor and report periodically on the implementation of HSE and 5S.
• Develop and implement work permit procedures (SOP for the Work Permit system) for contractors and internal staff.
• Conduct a risk assessment for all equipment at the plant and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct chemical risk assessments for all chemicals used at the plant and implement mitigation measures.
• Coordinate occupational exposure level (OEL) testing for APIs and other materials through a third-party unit.
• Regularly inspect production equipment, technical devices, tools, and facilities to ensure workplace safety.
• Organize fire safety drills, emergency response drills, and conduct regular safety inspections as required.
• Develop and implement procedures for controlling contractors and visitors coming to work.
• Support internal and external HSE audits.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

- Job requirements:

Level:

• Male, aged 25 to 45.
• Graduated from college/university with a major in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Possesses good English communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HSE position.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, dietary supplement, food, chemical, or related industries.
• Experience working at companies certified with WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, ISO, HACCP, or equivalent quality management systems is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Knowledge of workplace safety laws, environmental regulations, and fire safety regulations.
• Proficient in HSE standards, industrial hygiene, and risk assessment procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, the Internet, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks simultaneously effectively.
