Job Description

• Draft, negotiate, sign, and monitor the implementation of Construction Contracts with the Project Investor.
• Participate in coordinating with departments during the bidding process and negotiate conditions (before winning the bid) as required.
• Draft and negotiate the terms of the contract with the investor (party A).
• Check and warn of commercial terms that may affect the bid price.
• Evaluate potential project feasibility (based on commercial terms in the contract).
• Provide information on contract conditions for the construction site to plan construction.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Superiors/Contract Director/Deputy General Director.
