Job description
Participating in the personal loan approval process, including mortgage, mortgage: receiving, checking documents and transferring documents to the system, supplementing at the request of CO
Participate in the disbursement process:
Contact customers and business units to prepare a complete application and send it to CPC CA to prepare documents
Meeting customers, consulting on credit contract terms, guiding and signing documents with customers. Representative of the bank signs the credit application with KHU
Completing asset records: registering secured transactions….Initiating inventory of collaterals
Collect all necessary documents according to the approval resolution to proceed with disbursement
Issuance of primary card, supplementary card and other card-related services
Transfer of loan insurance documents to DVTK
Implement post-loan support services
Debt collection, loan settlement
Borrowing collateral for KHU
Coordinate with MBCA to complete the collateral documents for project house loans
Implement mortgage removal, release collateral
Debt collection, blockade and release
Completing and storing credit records
Support departments such as auditing, credit monitoring, KSSV….providing documents
Receive and perform all customer requests for after-loan services for customers
Job requirements
University degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or above, or related
Minimum of 1.5 years of management experience in banking transactions, banking credit or customer service related industries.
Experience in banking/credit operations (minimum 1.5 years): Content knowledge
