* HR work:
- In charge of timekeeping and salary calculation in accordance with the operating situation of the company.
- Declare social insurance, carry out procedures for monthly increase and decrease reports, make dossiers to settle social insurance benefits for employees.
- Develop and plan integration training for new employees.
- Perform work related to labor relations (reception, evaluation, appointment, dismissal, transfer, disciplinary action....).
- In charge of recruiting personnel according to the needs of the relevant departments and the company's plan.
- Develop and propose amendments to internal processes (if necessary).
- Maintain records and documents related to the implementation of procedures, personnel policies, employee records.
* Administrative work:
- Organize, store and manage all systems of official dispatches, papers, contracts and related documents
- Perform office administrative tasks (order stationery, office cleaning, electricity and water costs, ...)
- Office management: CCDC, equipment, ...
- Other tasks as assigned by the Company.
