Job Description
- Prepare a report proposing the development of real estate projects (Analyze and evaluate projects, customer service, participate in proposing solutions for sales implementation...);
- Support in developing Business and Marketing Plan proposals;
- Research and report on real estate market;
- Participate in implementing business plans and project marketing;
- Participate in implementing and managing project sales;
- Other tasks assigned by Management.
Candidate requirements
- Gender: Male/Female
- Degree: College degree or higher, majoring in Economics, Commerce, Real Estate Business or related fields.
- Computer: Proficient in office software.
- Competency: In-depth knowledge of planning, analyzing business plans and real estate investment, experience in supervising and managing work. Ability to build, establish and maintain relationships.
- Skills: Good presentation and communication skills; Research and reporting skills on the real estate market by region; Honest, quick, meticulous and responsible.
Income
- Income: 15 - 20 million VND
- Fixed salary regardless of sales
Interest
Salary: Fixed salary from 15 million to 20 million + Project commission (High commission rate)
13th month salary. Performance Bonus.
