- Depository, transfer, transfer of ownership, settlement of inheritance procedures, donation of assets....
- Receive and open stock exchange accounts at VSD system.
- Monitor information, declare, exercise rights and compare rights arising between members and the Vietnam Securities Depository.
- Blocking, releasing, managing securities assets...monitoring, reviewing, comparing data and completing documents.
- Receive needs and make changes and additions to information related to customers' securities trading accounts in accordance with regulations.
- Carry out internal reports, periodic and extraordinary management reports...
- Periodically/unscheduled/regularly compare data with other Departments from time to time.
- Shareholder management for issuing organizations (unlisted).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
C1. Degree/certificate requirements:
- Degree: University of related majors (Finance, Economics, Accounting)
- Having a practicing certificate issued by the State Securities Commission is an advantage.
C2. Experience/knowledge requirements:
- Work experience: at least 2 years in related positions at securities companies, banks, depository centers.
- Have knowledge about finance, investment, securities, banking;
C3. Other requirements regarding qualities, personality/skills, and abilities:
- Proficient in using Excel,
- Foreign language: Basic English communication
- Ability to plan, organize and think effectively.
- High sense of responsibility, honesty, carefulness.
- Withstand high work pressure.
D. Main indicators to evaluate work performance:
- Complete the assigned workload to ensure: quality and time as assigned monthly/yearly action plan;
- Comply with all internal regulations of the Company and the provisions of law.
