Management, development of training regulations and processes
Centralized management, organization, monitoring and evaluation of training across the system
Manage costs for training programs
Participate with HR in the recruitment process of new staff for the training department
Monitoring, evaluating and managing training quality
Participate in evaluating and measuring the quality of training programs and training staff.
Standardize teaching implementation process and teaching materials
Develop processes and regulations related to training
Plan and implement training plans for the company on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Evaluate and select external training programs if needed
Support the human resources department in building training and human resource development strategies suitable for the company's development conditions.
Building a learning culture: encourage and develop a learning culture in the company, creating conditions for employees to participate in training and development activities.
Request:
Have 2-3 years of experience or more, experience in training Pharmacists is an advantage
Good communication, agile, sociable and able to organize and manage time
Proficient in office software
Interest:
Upto income: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 (depending on experience and discussion in interview)
